Defected or damaged Exchange Policy
> If the item sent has any quality defect or damage, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it, to either exchange the product or have a refund granted after receiving back the returned item.
> Include the order number on your receipt when contacting for an exchange.
> Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging.
> Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.
> If the shipping address was incorrectly provided, or parcel is lost, we can not refund or exchange.
> Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you that we have received your returned item and process the exchange.
